Jane's class has become such an important part of my week. Her stretch & ground is a great reset. You can really tell she understands the body and how it moves by how she stretches you out - not just your typical stretches. I always feel like I could fall asleep after her class which is the best feeling ever. It's the most relaxing hour of my week and I make sure not to miss it. Highly recommend Jane's classes!
