Hi! I’m Jane Sato. I believe that fitness should be a source of pleasure, intellect and function. As a professional dancer, I’ve spent literally tens of thousands of hours learning to properly condition my body (and mind!).No matter what your day-to-day life is like, how old you are, or what you do for a living, I can be part of the support system you need to look and feel your best, or unlock the door to a life free of chronic pain. I can train you in ways that’ll support good performance in your favorite sports and recreational activities, or simply help you make the most of every day.

My expertise in Pilates, yoga, dance and corporate wellness allows me to blend a multitude of holistic traditions to create a personal approach to movement for each of my clients. There are as many reasons to move (or to meditate) as there are movers and meditators. Whatever your goals, I’ll encourage and guide you every step of the way.
